AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Find Your Smile, a company registered in England at High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
We operate the website https://www.findyoursmile.co (the 'Site'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the 'Services').
Find Your Smile is a wellbeing and mindset coaching business operated by Joanna Hannam, based in the United Kingdom. We offer Vedic Meditation teaching and stress management coaching through in-person sessions under the Find Your Smile brand, and online education through Find Your Calm, a six-module self-guided video course designed to help individuals understand and manage stress. We collect and process personal data in connection with the delivery of these services, including through our website at findyoursmile.co, our online course platform, and our email marketing communications.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Find Your Smile, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by joanna@findyoursmile.co. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.
1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the 'Content'), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the 'Marks').
Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties around the world. The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services 'AS IS' for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to: (a) access the Services; and (b) download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.
By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services ('Submissions'), you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. You agree that we shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
Downloadable materials and course access:
All downloadable materials provided as part of Find Your Calm and Find Your Smile services — including but not limited to audio files, guides and worksheets — are provided for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, upload, reproduce or otherwise make these materials available to any third party, whether for commercial gain or otherwise.
Your course login details are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
Any screenshots, recordings or reproductions of live Zoom session content are prohibited without the prior written consent of Joanna Hannam.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.
4. USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. PRODUCTS
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
5A. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE — FIND YOUR CALM
When you purchase Find Your Calm, you will receive access to the following:
Course content:
— Six video modules hosted on our course platform at calm.findyoursmile.co, covering stress management, sleep, thinking patterns, relationships and an introduction to Vedic Meditation
— Practical tools and downloadable resources included within each module
— Access to all future updates to the course content
Live support:
— Weekly live Zoom sessions with Joanna Hannam, where you can ask questions about the course content and your personal experience. Sessions are recorded and recordings are made available to all students within the course Facebook group. You are able to continue attending these calls for as long as Joanna offers them. Occasionally the day and time of the call may need to change due to personal circumstances. Joanna will endeavour to provide as much notice of any changes as possible.
Access:
— Access to the course and all associated materials is provided from the date of purchase via your personal account at calm.findyoursmile.co
— Access is personal and non-transferable. Your login details must not be shared with any other person.
— We are committed to providing access to the course for the duration of its active operation. In the event that Find Your Calm is discontinued, we will provide students with a minimum of six months' notice and continued access during that notice period. Where possible, we will endeavour to provide downloadable copies of course materials prior to closure.
Digital content and cooling off:
Find Your Calm is a digital product to which you will receive immediate access upon purchase. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and that, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your statutory right to cancel is waived from the point at which access is granted. We nonetheless offer a 14-day money back guarantee as described in our Refunds Policy at www.findyoursmile.co/refundpolicy.
What is not included:
— One-to-one coaching or personal consultation with Joanna Hannam
— In-person Vedic Meditation teaching (available separately through Find Your Smile)
Expectation of results:
Find Your Calm is an educational course designed to help you understand and manage stress. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances, engagement with the material and application of the tools provided. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes but are committed to providing high quality content and support throughout your experience.
5B. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE — FIND YOUR SMILE VEDIC MEDITATION TEACHING
When you purchase Find Your Smile Vedic Meditation teaching, you will receive the following:
Pricing and payment:
— An initial consultation with Joanna Hannam is required prior to booking, to ensure that Vedic Meditation is suitable for you at this time. This consultation is free of charge and carries no obligation.
— The price for Find Your Smile Vedic Meditation teaching and any instalment payment options are agreed directly with Joanna during or following your initial consultation
— Payment terms are confirmed via a booking form sent to you following your consultation
Teaching sessions:
— Two in-person teaching sessions of 60–90 minutes each, held on consecutive days
— Two follow-up sessions of 60–90 minutes each via Zoom, spread over the following 2–3 weeks
— All session dates and times are agreed directly between you and Joanna at the point of booking
Follow-up support:
— Four weekly phone catch-up calls of approximately 20 minutes, following completion of your teaching sessions
— Two monthly phone catch-up calls of approximately 20 minutes, following completion of the weekly calls
— Unlimited text and email support from Joanna in relation to your Vedic Meditation practice and experiences, for as long as she continues to teach
— An email sequence delivering key elements of the course content and further information relevant to your practice. You may opt out of these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting joanna@findyoursmile.co directly
Included at no extra cost:
— Full access to the Find Your Calm online course (calm.findyoursmile.co)
— Access to the weekly Find Your Calm live Zoom sessions
— Access to the Find Your Calm Facebook community
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule a session, please give as much notice as possible. Joanna will endeavour to accommodate rescheduling requests where practicable. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be rescheduled without additional charge at Joanna's discretion.
Cooling off period:
Find Your Smile Vedic Meditation teaching carries a 14-day cooling off period from the date of payment, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund. However, if your teaching sessions are scheduled to begin within the 14-day cooling off period, by confirming your session dates and attending your first teaching session you acknowledge that the service has begun and your right to cancel is waived from that point. Our standard refund policy as described at www.findyoursmile.co/refundpolicy will then apply.
Continuity of teaching:
Joanna Hannam is committed to providing ongoing support for as long as she continues to teach Vedic Meditation. In the event that she decides to stop teaching, she will provide a minimum of six months' notice and will recommend alternative accredited Vedic Meditation teachers to ensure continuity of support for her students.
What is not included:
— Support via text or email on matters unrelated to your Vedic Meditation practice
— Ongoing one-to-one coaching beyond the support schedule described above, unless agreed separately in writing
— Group sessions or retreats, unless specifically stated at point of booking
Expectation of results:
Vedic Meditation is a technique that requires regular, consistent practice as per the course instructions to experience its full benefits. Results vary between individuals and depend on their stress levels at the time of learning, any existing or developing health conditions, consistency of practice and engagement with the guidance provided. Joanna Hannam is committed to supporting you throughout your learning journey but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or experiences.
6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All payments shall be in GBP.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

8. SOFTWARE
We may include software for use in connection with our Services. If such software is accompanied by an end user licence agreement ('EULA'), the terms of the EULA will govern your use of the software. If such software is not accompanied by a EULA, then we grant to you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-transferable licence to use such software solely in connection with our services and in accordance with these Legal Terms. Any software and any related documentation is provided 'AS IS' without warranty of any kind. You may not reproduce or redistribute any software except in accordance with the EULA or these Legal Terms.
9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
— Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us
— Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords
— Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services
— Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services
— Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person
— Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct
— Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
— Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services
— Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's use and enjoyment of the Services
— Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages
— Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content
— Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user
— Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services
— Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you
— Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services
— Copy or adapt the Services' software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code
— Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise
— Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services
— Sell or otherwise transfer your profile
9A. COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR
By purchasing Find Your Calm or Find Your Smile services, you agree to conduct yourself with respect and courtesy in all interactions connected with our Services, including but not limited to email communications, live Zoom sessions, the Find Your Calm Facebook community, and any other community spaces associated with Find Your Smile.
You agree not to:
— Behave in a manner that is abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or offensive towards Joanna Hannam or any other student, participant or community member
— Contact other students or community members outside of the designated community spaces for the purpose of harassment, unsolicited marketing, or any other purpose they have not consented to
— Use any Find Your Smile or Find Your Calm community space, email communication or Zoom session to promote, advertise or sell your own products, services or business interests without the prior written approval of Joanna Hannam
— Make false, misleading or defamatory statements about Joanna Hannam, Find Your Smile, Find Your Calm, or any other student or community member, whether within our community spaces or publicly including on social media, review platforms or any other public forum
Consequences of breach:
Any breach of these Community Standards may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to Find Your Calm, Find Your Smile services, and all associated community spaces, without refund. We reserve the right to take further legal action where appropriate, including in relation to defamatory statements made publicly.
10. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
Find Your Smile operates a community Facebook group as part of the Find Your Calm course experience. This group is hosted on Facebook's platform and is subject to Facebook's own Terms of Service and Community Standards in addition to these Legal Terms and our Community Standards set out in Section 9A above.
By joining and participating in the Find Your Calm Facebook group you may create, submit, post, display, transmit or broadcast content and materials including text, comments, questions, photographs and other material (collectively 'Contributions'). In doing so you agree that:
— Your Contributions comply with the Community Standards set out in Section 9A of these Legal Terms
— Your Contributions do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party
— Your Contributions are accurate and not misleading
— You are solely responsible for your Contributions and any consequences arising from them
We reserve the right to remove any Contributions from the Facebook group that we consider to be in breach of these Legal Terms or our Community Standards, and to remove you from the group without notice or refund where a serious or repeated breach occurs.
Any Contributions you make within the Facebook group may be visible to other group members. Please be mindful of the personal information you share within the group.
11. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE
You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions.
12. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Services may contain links to other websites ('Third-Party Websites') as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ('Third-Party Content'). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Services.
If you decide to leave the Services and access the Third-Party Websites or to use or install any Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and you should be aware these Legal Terms no longer govern. Any purchases you make through Third-Party Websites will be through other websites and from other companies, and we take no responsibility whatsoever in relation to such purchases.

13. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.
14. PRIVACY POLICY
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://www.findyoursmile.co/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United Kingdom and Ireland. If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United Kingdom and Ireland, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to the United Kingdom and Ireland, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed there.
15. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
16. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. Nothing in these Legal Terms will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
16A. FORCE MAJEURE AND SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Platform availability:
We make every reasonable effort to ensure Find Your Calm is available at all times via calm.findyoursmile.co. However we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any period during which the course platform is unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, third-party platform outages or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where an outage is significant and prolonged, we will communicate with students via email and endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Discontinuation of the course:
In the event that Find Your Calm is discontinued, we will provide students with a minimum of six months' notice by email. Where technically possible, we will provide students with downloadable copies of the course video content and materials prior to closure, so that you are able to retain access to the content you have purchased.
Live Zoom sessions:
Find Your Calm is operated by Joanna Hannam as a sole trader. Occasionally circumstances beyond her control — including illness, family emergencies, technical difficulties or other personal circumstances — may require a live Zoom session to be cancelled or rescheduled at short notice. In such cases Joanna will notify students by email as soon as reasonably practicable. Missed sessions will be rescheduled where possible. This does not affect your right to access the recorded sessions within the course.
General Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance of their obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, government action, internet or platform outages, or other events outside their reasonable control.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of England and Wales, and the use of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sales of Goods is expressly excluded. If your habitual residence is in the EU, and you are a consumer, you additionally possess the protection provided to you by obligatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Find Your Smile and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Service Complaints:
If you have a complaint about our Services, products or any aspect of your experience with Find Your Smile or Find Your Calm, please contact us in the first instance at joanna@findyoursmile.co with "Complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and work with you to resolve it fairly and without undue delay before any formal dispute resolution process is initiated.
Data Protection Complaints:
If your complaint relates specifically to how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at www.findyoursmile.co/privacy-policy for details of how to submit a data protection complaint and our obligations in responding to it.
Informal Negotiations:
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a 'Dispute'), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
Binding Arbitration:
Any dispute arising from the relationships between the Parties to these Legal Terms shall be determined by one arbitrator who will be chosen in accordance with the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be High Wycombe, England. The language of the proceedings shall be English. Applicable rules of substantive law shall be the law of England.
Restrictions:
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.
Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration:
The following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorised use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief.
19. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
20. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT. WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS, ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES, OR ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
21. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
