Find Your Smile — Vedic Meditation Teaching
Find Your Smile offers in-person Vedic Meditation teaching on a bespoke basis. As this is a personalised service delivered in person, we do not offer refunds once teaching has commenced.
Our commitment to you
Our commitment to you is that we will work with you for as long as is necessary for you to experience the results of your practice, provided you follow the guidance and advice given. This commitment is our guarantee in place of a standard refund policy.

Find Your Calm — Digital Course
We want you to feel confident purchasing Find Your Calm. That's why we offer a 14-day money back guarantee, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at joanna@findyoursmile.co within 14 days of your purchase date. Please include the email address you used to purchase the course. We will process your refund request within 5 working days of receiving it. Once processed, refunds are submitted to your bank immediately but may take a further 5–10 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is issued your access to the Find Your Calm course and all associated materials will be removed.
Digital downloads
As our audio downloads and course materials are digital products, we are unable to offer refunds on individual downloads once they have been accessed. The 14-day refund applies to the course as a whole.
After 14 days
We are unable to offer refunds after the 14-day period has passed. If you have any concerns about the course after this period, please get in touch at joanna@findyoursmile.co and we'll do our best to help.
