Learn to Meditate
At the consultation, you can sign-up for my meditation course, which is run in person from my home in Hounslow.
The course is run over 4 consecutive days, a maximum of 2 hours each day.
By the end of the course, you will be a self-sufficient meditator, so ongoing attendance at meditation classes isn't required. Group meditations and knowledge meetings for meditators are offered and included for life in the price of your course.
Private and corporate courses are also available and we'll work out the schedule based on your availability. Contact me for details.
