— Use Find Your Smile and Find Your Calm. Find Your Smile is a wellbeing and mindset coaching business operated by Joanna Hannam, based in the United Kingdom. We offer Vedic Meditation teaching and stress management coaching through in-person sessions under the Find Your Smile brand, and online education through Find Your Calm, a six-module self-guided video course designed to help individuals understand and manage stress. We collect and process personal data in connection with the delivery of these services, including through our website at findyoursmile.co, our online course platform, and our email marketing communications.

Questions or concerns? Reading this Privacy Notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. We are responsible for making decisions about how your personal information is processed. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services.
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information we collect may include: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, usernames, passwords, contact preferences, contact or authentication data, billing addresses, debit/credit card numbers, stress test score.
Where you complete our online stress test, we collect your score and assign a score band to your profile. This information is used solely to personalise the communications and course content we provide to you, and is not shared with third parties.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our Services, including IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and other technical information. 6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or X logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider, such as your name, email address, and profile picture.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of your social media provider to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We retain personal data for as long as you have an active account with us or remain an active subscriber to our communications. Email subscribers who have not engaged with our communications for 12 months will be automatically unsubscribed. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at joanna@findyoursmile.co. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove your data from all systems within 30 days and confirm this to you in writing.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. Opting out of marketing:

Making a data protection complaint:
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, we would like to hear from you directly first. Please include "Data Protection Complaint" in the subject line so we can identify and prioritise your request. 11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated 'Revised' date at the top of this Privacy Notice.
