I've been teaching stress management and Vedic Meditation for over ten years. In that time I've spoken with hundreds of students — people at every point on the spectrum, from quietly stretched to completely burnt out — and what I've learned is that the same things come up again and again.

But my understanding of stress doesn't just come from the classroom. I spent twenty years in the corporate world, so I know what it feels like to perform under pressure while quietly unravelling. I've navigated the ups and downs of relationships — the ones that drain you and the ones that sustain you. And I've spent a lot of time around young people, which has given me a real understanding of the particular pressures that generation is carrying right now.

I bring all of that into how I teach.

The science of stress and sleep isn't complicated. But the way it's usually explained is — full of jargon, hedged with caveats, and completely disconnected from the reality of someone trying to get through your average day.

My job, as I see it, is to translate. To take what the research says and turn it into something that anyone can understand. Something that makes you think oh — that's what's been happening. I want to be honest with you about why I built this course.
