Stress is part of our everyday lives, whether we like it or not. As we can't eliminate it unless you're planning on going into a monastery (which I'm sure would cause its own level of stress!), we need to find a way to manage our stress.
So every now and then it’s good to take a moment and consider your current relationship with stress as this can change significantly based on your current circumstances.

Mostly 1-4: You may be feeling a little (or a lot) stuck in a rut. You know that something needs to change but you’re unsure of where to start and you’re maybe feeling a little overwhelmed with the prospect of doing anything for the fear of making it worse. Take a deep breath in and out - you have come to the right place, I’m here to help and I’m sending you a virtual hug!
Mostly 5-7’s: So life’s not too bad, maybe you use ‘it’s ok’ a lot to describe your life, although some areas may need more attention than others. You probably don’t need a hug, although you’re welcome to one if you’d like it!
Mostly 8-10’s: Big high five to you! Does it feel nice knowing that life is pretty good? Did it shift something in you just to realise that? Yet even knowing that life on the whole is pretty good, are there some specific areas that could do with improving? A regular meditation practice would help you to further appreciate the greatness in your life, while up-levelling any work-in-progress areas.
