STOP NEGATIVE SELF-TALK COURSE SIGN-UP

Your Stop Negative Self-Talk Course Structure is:

​

Pillar 1 - Learn Vedic Meditation

 

Session 1 & 2 - 2 x 60 min sessions in person on consecutive days, say a Saturday afternoon / Sunday morning, or 2 evenings during the week if that works better with your work commitments. 

 

All further sessions will be on Zoom.

 

Session 3 & 4 - 2 x 60-90 min sessions over the next 7-10 days. 

 

Pillar 2 - Uncover the source of your negative self-talk

 

Session 5 - 1 x 60 min session where we go through some homework I'll give you once we confirm the dates for your Vedic Meditation course and discuss the root of your negative self-talk

 

Pillar 3 - Reprogramme your brain

 

Session 6 & 7 - 2 x 60 min sessions to work through some reprogramming of 1 or 2 key topics that we uncovered during Session 5. You may work through this together or give you some techniques to practice on your own

 

Check-in and Accountability

 

Sessions 8 - 11 - A weekly 20 min call, once a week for 4 weeks to ensure you're off and running with your Meditation practice and any other techniques we've given you.

 

Session 12 & 13 - A monthly 20 min call to check in and monitor your progress.

Our Guarantee

We believe that within 3 months, if not much earlier, you will notice changes with your negative self-talk and overall stress state. Our guarantee to you is that, as long as you are regularly meditating to the schedule we agree upon and are completing your reprogramming techniques, we commit to working with you until you start to see improvements in your negative self-talk.
